Same quiet residential block as our Villa La Ceiba with jacuzzi — a 10–15 minute walk from Quinta Avenida, the beach and the main supermarkets. Everything you need is a few minutes away on foot, by bike, scooter, taxi or colectivo.
Guest access
You'll have full access to the villa: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living-dining area, equipped kitchen, private patio with pool, private entrance and free parking on the property. Check-in and key handover are coordinated via WhatsApp with the local staff, available 24/7 for any need.

Nearby: Mega Soriana (10 min walk), Walmart (12 min), Parque La Ceiba (<10 min), DAC Quality Foods and La Ceiba de la 30 a few minutes away. You can get around on foot, by bike, scooter, taxi or colectivo with no need for a car.

House rules
No smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Guests who violate this policy will be charged a penalty equal to the cost of 10 nights of their reservation, regardless of the length of their stay.

- Refundable cash deposit requested at check-in. Returned at check-out once proper use of the house and respect of the rules is confirmed.
- Pet fee applies. Please ask before booking; service animals are always welcome.
- No parties or events.
- Extra charge for excessive electricity use (prolonged A/C use).
