The property has exterior surveillance cameras and 24-hour security staff for your peace of mind.
Located in a very quiet and safe residential area, just a 10–15 minute walk from Quinta Avenida, the beaches and the main supermarkets. The neighborhood's privacy and peaceful atmosphere are ideal for resting, while everything you need is just minutes away.
Guest access
You'll have full access to the villa: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living-dining area, equipped kitchen, garden with private jacuzzi and parking inside the property. Check-in and key handover are coordinated via WhatsApp with the local staff, available 24/7 for any need.

Calle 45 Norte with 2 Norte Bis, Centro, 77710 Playa del Carmen, Q.R. Quiet, safe residential area, a 10–15 minute walk from Quinta Avenida and the beach. Nearby: Mega Soriana (10 min walk), Walmart (12 min), Parque La Ceiba (<10 min), DAC Quality Foods and La Ceiba de la 30 a few minutes away. You can get around on foot, by bike, scooter, taxi or colectivo with no need for a car.

House rules
No smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Guests who violate this policy will be charged a penalty equal to the cost of 10 nights of their reservation, regardless of the length of their stay.
- Maximum capacity 4 guests, including minors.
- Refundable cash deposit of $2,500 MXN, requested at check-in. Returned at check-out once proper use of the house and respect of the rules is confirmed.
- Pet fee of $800 MXN per stay. Maximum one large or medium pet, or two small/mini pets. No more.
- No parties or events.
- Extra charge for excessive electricity use (prolonged A/C use).
- Photo ID required for all guests.
- Exterior surveillance cameras for guest security (no interior cameras). We also have 24-hour security staff to assist our guests.
